A day to remember....

10 Nov 2019 by Paul Scovell

All our squads observed a minutes silence for a notable day in the calendar. Thanks to all for contributing to a special day and fantastic photos of all our Youth sides. 🔴⚪⚪👏🌹🌹🖤❤

It was a day to remember ON the pitch too with brilliant stories across the club this weekend and some lessons learnt. 😅

Our U10s had 2 games today. First was Medway Whites where the lads played a great game,🚀 Oliver scored a penalty and ⚽️ Vincent scored a great 2nd goal, final score Chatham Town 2 Medway Whites 1.✅ Second game was against Medway Town Blacks, unfortunately not as successful as the first. Final score Chatham Town 0 Medway Blacks 2.

Our ladies u14s lost their cup 🏆 game at Bromley Green, they go again next week.🤜

Congrats to the U13s 🎉 who were 5-3 winners over Roseacre.🔴⚪⚫✅

U8 secured a superb comeback 🔥🔥against Cuxton this morning. 🚀🚀🚀❤✅

U13 colts ran out winners at Larkfield in the Cup 8-1, goals from 🥉Henry Scott 3, Josh Casey 2💥💥, Reece Jarman💥, Jack Bush 💥and Ben Cherrison💥 who was also 🏅man of the match. We march on into Quarter finals. 💪🏽⚽👍🏽✅✅

🎢 U11 beat Ksports today in close encounter with the Chats winning by one goal! 🥅
Some unbelievable football ⭐ once again
A few slips at the back let the opponent back in the game but a pleasure to watch.

Maddox Spiller with the winner ❤✅✅

U12 Colts had an away trip to Staplehurst Monarchs. Two completely different halves. First half 3-0 ☝️ up and played excellent throughout the team.✅ 🔥Josh, 🔥Harrison and 🔥Akim scoring, with Akim⭐ assisting the first two scorers. Second half, complacency set in 😮and lost 5 goals. A Valuable lesson learnt!🥴

The u14s had another good game🤙 of football, played in the right spirit against Kings Hill. After taking the lead 💥and followed up with a second 💥with many more chances created, the play was calm, composed, and great to watch. The second half saw the chats dominate possession and chances, but just needed to be a tad more clinical 🥅 after letting the lead slip 2-2 the final score with goals from🏅 Wassim and🏅 Freddie. Up the Chats🔴⚪⚫✅

Kent League Sides
U14s had a hotly contested game at Ebbsfleet. Despite going down to two early goals they fought back to lead with the game ending in a 3-3 draw. 💫Duran, 💫Kene and 💫George with brilliant finishes and remain unbeaten!⬆️✅

U16s also had a slow start conceding twice in 10 mins but changed formation and dominated the game missing chance after chance. The result does not reflect the performance of the lads and such a positive response.👏 Not the result they wanted or deserved but cannot fault the effort today. Roll on next week 👍

🔴⚪⚫ U15s came from behind at the Bauvill Stadium to secure a 🔥2-1 win, and their 💥5th win on the trot! Lewis Bain🚀 and Luke Barry 🚀with the goals as they rise up the table.📈✅
